Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase engagement and lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and personalize messaging accordingly.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and other retention initiatives.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to retention, churn rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in retention marketing, Digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
