Initiation and tie up with Insurance companies and TPAs

Providing information to patients regarding cashless and reimbursement insurance procedures and available services

To facilitate process for availing insurance services like filling of forms, transmission of claim forms to TPA

Handling problems related to authorization, rejection of claim and difficult issues or queries.

Facilitate authorization for emergency cases

Replying to queries to TPA under guidance of insurance in charge

Preparation of bills and submission of bills to TPAs

Tracking payments for cashless insurance patients

Follow up of difficult payments

Making documents available for reimbursable insurance patients

Organize attestation by consultants and stamps

Keeping records of all the claims, bills, pending payments etc.

Resolving patient complaints regarding insurance matters. Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital

Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
