- **Roles & Responsibilities**_**:
▪ Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

▪ Drive sales growth and handle customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution.

▪ Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to handle the team.

▪ Traveling can be frequent within city & out stations.

▪ Identifying and communicating customer needs.

▪ Ensuring customer satisfaction.

▪ Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

▪ Analyse and evaluate existing insurance policies to ensure clients have adequate coverage.

▪ Recommend adjustments or additional coverage based on changes in clients' circumstances or industry trends.

▪ Actively participate in the sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, and presentations.

▪ Manage and nurture client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Assess and manage risks for clients by staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

▪ Collaborate with underwriters and other relevant stakeholders to address complex risk scenarios.

▪ Assist clients in navigating the claims process, providing support and facilitating communication with insurers.
