We are seeking motivated and self-driven professionals to join our team as **Client Acquisition Executive**. This is a high-impact, commission-based role designed for individuals who excel in networking, sales prospecting, and building meaningful business relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, industry events, and networking.
- Generate and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads for Cresswell Business Advisory.
- Understand client needs and assess whether they align with the services we offer.
- Qualify leads before passing them to the consulting team for conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the business advisory team to optimize lead generation strategies.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with online business research, sales call and prospecting
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
