Key Responsibilities:

- Client Development & Sales Growth: Build, develop, and manage relationships with LFR clients, retail chains, and FMCG partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify, strategize, and capitalize on new business opportunities within retail and FMCG channels to expand market reach.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting product features, benefits, and alignment with client needs.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet targets, preparing reports for management on key metrics and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service, order fulfillment, and product distribution, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with proven success in LFR, retail chain management, and the FMCG industry (cosmetics experience preferred).
- In-depth understanding of LFR and FMCG sales principles, with a
- strong grasp of client relationship management (CRM) strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the
- Ability to influence decision-making and build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a Plus.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and
- competitor analysis to drive effective decision-making.
