**Overview - **We are looking for a **Customer Success Specialist **who will be looking at fostering customer relationships. He will be actively engaging with customers right from the time of inspection throughout the entire life cycle of the customer which will include
Guidance, consultancy, meetings, workshops, upsell and renewal.
High level of self motivation, excellent relationship management and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders are must for the role.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Have deep product knowledge of all product lines. Ability to showcase products and work out solutions for business problems.
- Obtain the project's scope from the Account Executive and discuss it with the Design team.
- Collaborate with the design team managers to maintain prompt and efficient communication with the client.
- Work with internal cross functional teams ( Marketing, Tech, 3D, HR ) to ensure the customers issues are addressed on time.
- Gathering client feedback and making recommendations for 3D design process improvements and enhancements.
- Evaluate the ongoing utilisation of the product, assess the well-being of the account, and analyse potential risks
- Examine current industry and customer trends, and study the competitive environment for providing actionable insights to decision makers to influence strategy and performance.
- Proactively seeking new revenue opportunities by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Continuously monitoring and tracking the progress of clients' businesses would be one of the major responsibilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute the tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Manage overall customer success to ensure high renewal and retention rates.
- Present quarterly reports about the overall performance and health of projects as well as each client individually.

❖ **Time Management**:Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Should have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
❖ **Organisational skills**: Ability to use given resources efficiently and effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Should have commitment to ethical work practices, including honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
❖ **Enthusiasm**:Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude.
**Educational Qualifications**:Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline.
