IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Execute Sales Strategies**: Craft and implement effective sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the blockchain sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored blockchain solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead complex sales negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure the seamless transition of new clients to the account management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and presentations to senior management.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in the blockchain or technology sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
