Job Title: GATI Executive

**Job Summary**

The GATI Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the GATI jewellery ERP system to ensure smooth workflow across departments such as CAD, CAM, casting, setting, polishing, and final QC. The role requires strong technical knowledge of GATI software, accuracy in data entry, and coordination with production and design teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing.

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage and update data in GATI software related to job flow, order tracking, and production stages.

Create, assign, and close job cards for every jewellery order as per process stages.

Ensure accurate tagging, weight entries, and department transfers in the system.

Coordinate with CAD, CAM, Setting, Polishing, and Dispatch teams for job status updates.

Monitor job movement and highlight delays or bottlenecks to the production head.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS and production reports from GATI.

Verify and maintain inventory of metal, diamonds, and findings in the system.

Assist in implementing process improvements within the ERP for better data accuracy.

Provide basic training or support to new users on GATI modules.

Ensure complete system compliance as per company SOPs and audit requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

experience working on GATI software in the jewellery industry.

Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing workflow (CAD to final QC).

Proficient in Excel and basic report generation.

Attention to detail, good coordination skills, and system accuracy.

Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple job orders efficiently.

**Preferred**

Experience in diamond or gold jewellery manufacturing units.

Knowledge of other Gati ERP or production software (advantage).

Basic understanding of metal and stone weight reconciliation.
