Location: Kandivali East & Andheri East

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Timings: 9 am to 5.30 pm

**Job Summary**:
The MIS executive will develop, communicate, analyse, strengthen & sustain the decision-making matrix with indices, for the company.

**Responsibilities of MIS Executive**:

- Designing, monitoring, analysing and troubleshooting various system reports extracted from GATI for functions like PD, Sales & Mkt, Production, NPD, Sampling, Designing, Merchandising, CAD.
- Interpreting briefs from respective HODs / Team members and developing MIS model that meet all specifications and parameters for decision making.
- Assisting with training and onboarding processes for new entrants within function to align with departmental goals.
- Identifying GATI software upgradation requirements.
- Raising timely alerts for HODs
- Management for non-compliance - deviations.
- Analysing existing operations, processes, decision triggers & protocols and making improvement plans.
- Conducting research to improve effectiveness of MIS function.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Should have 2+ years of experience in Jewellery industry
- Min 3 yrs as MIS executive directly reporting into Director / CEO
- Should has strong experience on Gati software.
- Possess good understanding of jewellery design & business parameters which are crucial in decision making
- Able to decode Director / CEO inputs and prepare various scenarios / matrix to do comparative analysis enabling business decision.
- Should be excellent in Advance excel
- Good in Analytical skills
- Should understand the requirement & generate the reports accordingly
- To present report which will give understanding & clear picture of business
- Very strong in Follow up & coordination
