**Position**:

- Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with the Head of International Talen Acquisition
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and functions to identify talent.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with dynamic and evolving business priorities.
- Attract and engage passive prospects across Global Universities IBD unit across major geographies (Canada, LATAM, Europe, and APAC).
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter to engage talent.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospects in support of current and future hiring needs
- Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple talent acquisition recruiters across the global team.

- Communicates effectively (written and verbal), with a confident phone manner

- Able to work autonomously, take ownership and influence more senior colleagues - Intellectually bright, curious, learns quickly and retains knowledge, demonstrates a willingness to learn from others.
