Job Opportunity: Talent Growth Catalyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth and development of our team of Education Partnership Ambassadors.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, who can drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets by building strong networks in preschools, schools, and associations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles, and be comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment.

  • Spearhead the recruitment, on-boarding, and management of Education Partnership Ambassadors
  • Drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets through strong networking and partnerships
  • Built relationships with school owners, associations, and key influencers for smooth program adoption
  • Mentor and train mobilisers to maximise outreach and effectiveness
  • Travel extensively within assigned states to drive ground-level execution
  • Monitor mobiliser performance, maintain recruitment pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles
  • Excellent command over English and regional language (spoken & written)
  • Comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment
  • Growth-driven, self-starter, critical thinker with leadership skills
