**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Activities**:
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive activities.
- Provide clients with data-driven insights to aid their decision-making.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Prepare and manage sales agreements, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams to facilitate property transactions.
**Customer Experience**:
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of the buying, selling, or renting process.
**Client Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also encouraged to apply.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal and documentation processes involved in the real estate transactions in Delhi NCR
**Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Own a personal vehicle for travel within Delhi NCR **(mandatory)**
