Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end tender process for various projects. Analyze and interpret project requirements and tender documents. Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information. Ensure compliance with both company policies and client requirements. Support negotiations and clarifications during the tendering process. Keep track of tender submissions and progress. Ensure timely submission of all tender documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in tendering or a similar role. Strong understanding of the tendering process and contract management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Skills Proposal Writing Project Management Microsoft Office Negotiation Data Analysis Time Management Communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
