Job Description- Objective:
- To drive Safety Initiatives in plant and ensure compliances to Company & Statutory safety requirements for the site and build a sustainable culture of Safety- Title: Executive Manufaturing Shipping & Stores- Location: Sanand- Key Stake holders:
- Intenral Stake holders: HOD - Shipping and Stores / Factory Manager- External Stake holders: Vendors- Job Responsibilities- Daily and monthly Perpetual count of FG/ RMPM / Spares/ Bulk storage / consumables / Returnables.
- Generate PID for variance in FG/RMPM and ensure book vs physical tallies all the time.
- Ensure process compliance is adhered as per trainings and zero deviation and comply to ICM requirements.
- Monitor ESP plan vs compliance, order fulfillment and follow up for vehicles.
- Monitor TTAT and ensure compliance. Ensure zero truck detention.
- Preparation of Daily stock report TTAT report / Shipping productivity report / Forklift productivity / and other daily reports.
- Monitor GMP and GHK. Abnormality identification and mitigation.
- Monitor system GIT for FRA.- Monitor GIT of returnables in SAP and follow up with locations to receive the same on daily basis.
- GRN of RMPM/FG / Spares / Consumables on daily basis without any delay (48 hours) post clearance from QA department.
- Movement of rejection to Quality on hold / rejection area / red zone area and follow up with stakeholders for closure.
- Review RMPM and consumables stock report and follow up with procurement team for PR /PO/ receipts of stock before production plan.
- Monitor ageing of inventory and take action on slow moving and dead inventory. (Shipping and stores)
- Ensure WIP is consumed by production team on every run basis and follow up for TECO.
- Ensure MRN (Material requisition note) is received form QA / production team for inventory requirement for production and ensure material is provided to the stake holders on time. Posting of inventory immediately to avoid inventory variance.
- MRN - Material return note to be accepted with weight for all balance materials at the end of production run and account the same in SAP.
- Monitor CLTI checklist is done for forklift, Loadall, and ensure follow up with Maint department for closure of abnormalities.
- Scrap management (World without waste) - Follow up with vendors for on time removal of scrap.
- Ensure fall protection and traffic route requirements as per KORE.
- People management - Forklift associates / Casuals in sugar dumping / waste management vendors / Transporters / drivers.
- Ensure and avoid unsafe acts / unsafe condition at stores and shipping areas.
- Monitor safety compliance at Shipping and stores.
- Pallet ordering and reconciliation with pallet vendor for timely supply to avoid production stoppage.- Job Requirement- Education:

- Minimum B. Tech /BE -Mechanical/ Industrial / Production/Chemical Engineering + Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics and Inventory Management- Work Experience:

- Minimum 5 years in factory. Minimum 2 years as Safety Professional
- Preference to FMCG/Food /Beverage Industry**Job Requirement
