Job description
- Prepare quotations for overseas clients / agents for terms - FOB / EXW / DAP / DDP.
- Co-ordinate with branches for effective/ appropriate quotations.
- Establishing & propose detailed costing to the client / overseas partner.
- Prepare Routing Order shipment wise or a/c wise for overseas billing / respective branches / respective CRM with proper shipment details + proper buy / sell rates along with profit share (wherever applicable) for existing / new business for ensuring compliances.
- Co-ordinate with overseas partner for DAP / DDP pricing & prepare quotation to respective party accordingly.
- Prepare & send out monthly /periodically rates sheet to respective clients / agents as per requirements.
- Follow up on enquires / new business with overseas client / agent.
- Maintain up to date records of enquiries received / conversions / lost enquiries with reasons.
- Understand overseas client requirements, potential & plan proposals accordingly.
- Should be responsible within pre
- defined financial limits agreed in client plan.
- Ensure relationship establishment with the clients through mail / chats/ zoom calls.
- Update self with market updates.
- Updating of market information to respective client.
- Co-ordinate between procurement team & overseas a/c team for timely billing & collections for clients.
- Prepare reports detailing achieved targets / closed business on monthly basis.
- Organization of commercial & product development activities & resources according to client needs.
- Mange proper utilization of contracts / space allotted by procurement (pricing team) within clients.
- Manage product development or monitor trends that indicate the need of new products & services.
- For handling specific trade lanes like Australia + Europe, as per time zones working timings will be flexible to support the trades development.
- Disputes related to overseas billing need to be taken care / resolve in a timely manner.
- Any further tasks being asked as per profile requirement, will be informed.
- Participating in Online BIDs for Key accounts
