What you will be doing:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- At least 7 - 11 years in experience in Java,Unix Application support
- Working Experience in Production support
- Flexibility and Availability to work for Production support during US day shift.
- Good Knowledge in Unix commands and Unix Shell Scripting
- Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture and Apache Tomcat
- Knowledge in Splunk would be added advantage.
