**BIM Modeller (3-5 Years)**

**Location**: Visakhapatnam
**Industry**: Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, develop, and manage 3D BIM models using Revit across multiple disciplines.
- Prepare construction documents, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and maintain model integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders for design revisions and updates.
- Participate in clash detection workflows using Navisworks or BIM 360 and assist in resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and company BIM protocols.
- Export IFC models and other deliverables for client coordination and project submissions.
- Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation as per project requirements.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong proficiency in **Autodesk Revit**, including rendering and visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of **Navisworks**, **BIM 360**, and **AutoCAD**.
- Understanding of construction systems, BIM processes, and coordination workflows.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with high modeling accuracy.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multi-disciplinary models and meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- BIM certification or formal BIM-related training is preferred (not mandatory).
