
Back Office Service Desk Agent

Overview:
**Job description**:
- Serves as a bridge between the operations team and the field technicians
- Keeps the tickets updated in accordance with the protocols based on the field engineer’s feedback
- Receives and handles minor escalations via escalation platform in written form
- Helps with the field logistics in France
- assigns tickets for next day to optimize the field engineer’s workload
- Works with greater independence, possesses knowledge to solve problems
- Shares knowledge with colleagues
Qualifications:
**Skill description**:
- 0-1 year(s) experience in Service Desk
- Understanding of IT - Microsoft Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong customer
- and result-orientation
- Understanding and handling administrative tasks
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
**Language knowledge**:
- Upper intermediate/Advance English
