We are looking for a **Creative Designer** who can bring fresh ideas and visual creativity to represent our brand and engage our target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Creative Designer at Astitva Energies, you will:

- **Design and Visual Content Creation**: Develop creative designs for digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, banners, presentations, and website assets.
- **Brand Development**: Ensure consistency in branding across all visual materials while elevating the brand identity.
- **Video and Animation**: Create engaging videos, reels, and animations to enhance the impact of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- **Idea Generation**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns for solar energy solutions.
- **Market Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to create modern, appealing visuals.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work with printing and production vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles. Exceptional portfolios from freshers will also be considered.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
- **Creative Thinking**: A knack for storytelling and conceptualizing innovative ideas to drive engagement.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
