**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **banners, cover images, and homepage layouts** that enhance user experience and brand identity.
- Strategically plan **product placement on the website** to ensure seamless navigation and improved sales.
- Stay up to date with the **latest design trends, tools, and AI-based solutions** to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze **weekly sales data using Microsoft Excel** and recommend design/placement changes that drive more visibility and reduce bounce rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UI updates aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Take **quick and effective decisions** to adapt website layouts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Lead and inspire a **creative team**, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in website UI/UX design.
- Strong knowledge of **Canva, AI-based design tools, and trending market tools**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (sales data reading, analysis, and reporting).
- Excellent **creative, analytical, and strategic thinking** abilities.
- Ability to **lead a team**, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong decision-making skills with a **focus on organizational growth**.
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-friendly web navigation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
