The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, possess a sharp eye for illustration and logo creation, and have a passion for delivering exceptional visual experiences. This role also requires strong client communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:·       UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, attractive, and user-centered interfaces for both mobile apps and websites.·       Tool Proficiency: Create and manage design projects using Figma and Photoshop, ensuring design consistency and quality.·       Branding & Visual Identity: Develop compelling logos, illustrations, and other brand collateral to support marketing and product needs.·       Video Creation: Produce engaging videos or motion graphics for digital and product use as needed.·       Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback efficiently.·       Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders; mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining high design standards.·       Multitasking: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or attention to detail.Requirements:·       Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.·       Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and design tools like Illustrator and After Effects (optional but preferred).·       Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects.·       Experience in logo design, branding, and illustration.·       Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff tools is a plus.·       Excellent communication skills and experience in client handling.·       Proven experience in leading design teams or mentoring.·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications:·       Familiarity with the latest design practices and ability to adapt to modern design trends.·       Knowledge of design systems and accessibility best practices.What We Offer:·       Opportunity to work with an innovative and dynamic team.·       Creative freedom and leadership opportunities.
