As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team and help us visually communicate our mission and services.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create visually engaging designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- **Branding**: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Astitva Energies, ensuring consistency across all platforms and media.
- **Presentation Design**: Develop and design impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including proposals and project pitches.
- **Video & Motion Graphics**: Create basic video content and motion graphics to support marketing campaigns and client presentations.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- **Innovation & Trends**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a similar industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
