**Responsibilities**

➔ Strategic Support: Work closely with the Founder to align with Propacity’s strategic goals and objectives. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of key initiatives.

➔ Business-minded Technologist: Possess a strong understanding of both technology and business aspects, including financial analysis and budgeting. Assess the commercial viability of projects and proposals.

➔ Executive Assistance: Provide executive-level support to the Founder's Office and other leaders, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient workflow.

➔ Versatile Multi-tasker: Be an adaptable professional capable of taking on various roles and responsibilities. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

➔ Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally, and act as a liaison between the Founder’s Office and other departments.

➔ Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s long-term goals with a strategic mindset.

➔ Project Management: Manage projects from research and viability assessment to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across relevant teams.

**Qualifications**:

➔ 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment

➔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

➔ Experience with AI tools and technologies is preferred

➔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

➔ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

➔ Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take initiative

➔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools
