Job Title: Founder’s Office – Content, Strategy & CommunicationsAbout:We are a global B2 B Saa S acquisition and growth engine. We partner with exceptional Saa S foundersto help them scale, sustain, or transition through intelligent capital, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.We are looking for a Founder’s Office + Content Writer — a hybrid thinker who combines the storytelling ability of a content strategist with the analytical and business acumen of a founder’s associate. This role bridges strategy, communication, and execution across website content, pitch decks, research reports, and investor presentations.Role OverviewYou’ll work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams (marketing, design, analytics) to craft narratives that simplify complex business ideas, showcase acquisition success stories, and build Emergence’s credibility across global B2 B audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communication & Business Documentation- Create business proposals, investor decks, partnership documents, and pitch narratives.- Draft founder communications: emails, reports, announcements, and thought pieces.- Convert analytics and deal data into compelling, insight-driven narratives and visuals.- Support due diligence storytelling, acquisition summaries, and M&A reports.Content Creation & Brand Storytelling- Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for the website, landing pages, and case studies.- Develop thought leadership articles, founder blogs, and newsletters on Saa S, growth, and acquisitions.- Ensure all written communication aligns with brand tone, strategy, and market positioning.Research & Analysis- Conduct market, competitor, and founder research to support acquisitions and outreach.- Summarize reports into clear insights and frameworks for presentations.- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to translate findings into accessible business stories.Presentations & Visual Communication- Build and refine investor decks, internal presentations, and business documents in Power Point/Google Slides.- Collaborate with designers to ensure visual and textual storytelling align.- Create executive summaries and dashboards that communicate business performance effectively.Cross-functional Collaboration- Partner with design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure messaging coherence across web, product, and brand.- Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives and communication material.Skills & Requirements- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a B2 B context.- Strong grasp of Saa S, startups, and M&A or investment ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory).- Proven experience writing for websites, business decks, and thought leadership.- Analytical mindset — ability to interpret business and market data into clear insights.- Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Notion, and CMS tools like Webflow or Word Press.- Basic understanding of SEO and digital analytics to optimize web content.- Strong research and summarization skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in B2 B content, consulting, or startup/VC environments.- Experience in business storytelling, founder communications, or investor content.- Ability to handle multi-format content — website, decks, mailers, reports, FAQs, video scripts.- Exposure to Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar tools for performance insights.
