**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive online traffic and sales. This role involves managing various digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to improve marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the marketing team to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media platforms for trends and respond to customer interactions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- **PPC and Display Advertising**: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- **Website Management**: Assist in managing and updating website content to ensure a positive user experience and drive conversions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
