Position Summary.

*Key Responsibilities: *

1. *Invoicing and Documentation: *
- Prepare and process *export invoices* in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Generate and manage *domestic invoices*, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all invoices and dispatch records.

2. *Transport Coordination: *
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Monitor transportation schedules and resolve any delays or issues effectively.

3. *E-way Bill Management: *
- Generate and manage *e-way bills* for inter-state and intra-state shipments as per government regulations.

4. *Team Coordination: *
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to address and resolve *invoice-related queries*.
- Serve as a point of contact between logistics, dispatch, and transport teams to ensure operational efficiency.

5. *Dispatch Oversight: *
- Supervise dispatch operations to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of shipments.
- Support the dispatch team in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

*Key Skills and Qualifications: *
- Proven experience in *logistics and dispatch operations*.
- Proficiency in handling *export and domestic invoicing*.
- Knowledge of *e-way bill processes* and government regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office, ERP systems, or logistics software is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
