Front Office Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
- Handle check-in/check-out processes for guests (in hotels or service-oriented businesses).
- Manage appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area—ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest or office requirements.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, and policies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures (including visitor ID checks).
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Associate, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
