Job Summary: (Remote Work)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Create visually captivating graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that align with branding and marketing objectives.
- Leverage your artistic flair to infuse creativity into design projects, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and conduct usability testing to continually enhance and refine designs based on user insights.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development cycle.
- Collaborate with the branding and digital marketing teams to ensure design consistency and cohesive brand representation.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and artistic innovations to drive the evolution of our design aesthetics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create engaging visuals, illustrations, and artistic elements.
- Passion for design, illustrations, and art, with a keen eye for aesthetics and creative details.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with artistic vision, delivering designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Experience with branding design, digital marketing, and multimedia content creation is advantageous.
