Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (Marketing Focus):

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create **engaging visual content** that aligns with the company’s branding and campaign objectives.
- ** Maintain brand consistency** across all visual assets, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across digital platforms and marketing channels.
- Assist in creating **presentations and reports** with impactful visual design that communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with **design trends** and the latest marketing visuals to keep our design style fresh and relevant.

UI/UX Design:

- ** Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups** that prioritize usability and align with user needs and business goals.
- Conduct **basic user research** and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Contribute to the development of a **design system** to maintain consistency across all product interfaces.
- Ensure that UI designs are responsive and **accessible**, providing a seamless experience on multiple devices.
- Work with the development team to ensure designs are **implemented accurately** and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- ** 0-3 years of experience** in graphic design and/or UI/UX design (internships, academic projects, or freelance work are also considered).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for graphic design tasks and familiarity with design tools like **Figma** or **Sketch** for UI/UX design.
- ** Solid understanding of design principles**, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- A **portfolio** that showcases your ability to create both **marketing graphics** and **user interface designs** (academic or personal projects are fine).
- Ability to work effectively in a **collaborative environment** with marketing, product, and development teams.
- Excellent **communication skills** and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ** Experience in motion graphics** or basic video editing.
- Familiarity with **HTML/CSS** and basic understanding of front-end development (a plus).
- Knowledge of **UI/UX best practices** for responsive and accessible design.
- Interest in expanding your **UI/UX skills**, such as user research or creating interactive prototypes.
- A **degree in Graphic Design**, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
