**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Job Summary**:

- We’re looking for a creative and experienced Graphics UI/UX Designer to join our design team.
- You’ll play a key role in crafting visually compelling and user-centric interfaces across our digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Translate brand identity into cohesive digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure consistency and pixel-perfect execution across platforms and devices.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem solving, UI/UX design work, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience in responsive design and cross-platform optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Motion design/animation experience.
- Basic knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
