**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and work on active client requirements shared by Talentigence
- Ensure timely closures across IT, Non-IT, and Blue-Collar hiring mandates
- Maintain regular communication and provide updates on recruitment progress

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to sourcing across various industries and job levels
- Must have access to personal job portals or sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and target-driven

**Compensation**
- **Junior to Mid-Level Positions**: ₹3,000 per closure
- **Senior to Managerial-Level Positions**: ₹5,000 per closure
