We are looking for an **Freelance HR Recruiter** with 2+ years of experience to manage recruitment,

**Location**: Remote / Work From Home (During Covid)

**Position type**: Freelance

**CTC**: Up to 25% of our revenue of what we get from client (excluding taxes) on each closing.

**Timings**: Flexible

**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description analysis
- Advertise job openings
- help new hires onboard
- Conducting background checks if needed.
- Collaborate with managers
- Recruitment end to end life cycle.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an HR Recruiter (both IT and Non IT)
- Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- referral programs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
