**Profile :Training Quality Analyst/ E -Learning Quality Analyst**

**Job Summary**: As a Quality Analyst in our EdTech and training organization, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality learning materials, processes, and customer experiences. You will assess the quality of our digital content, training modules, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and learner expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Quality Review: Analyze** and evaluate the quality of e-learning modules, videos, and recorded sessions for errors, consistency, and adherence to standards and provide feedback for improvement.

**Process Audit: Monitor** and assess training delivery to ensure they follow defined quality guidelines.

**Performance Analysis**:Evaluate trainer and customer support performance through recorded sessions, feedback forms, and audits and share insights and improvement suggestions with the concerned teams.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: education, engineering, computer science, or business).

2. Basic understanding of e-learning tools and platforms.

3. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Preferred but Not Mandatory-Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
