**Job Description: Site Engineer - Vendor & Interior Coordination**

**Location**: [Raipur & Bilaspur]
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year
**Qualification**: Diploma/ITI
**Other Requirements**: 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and agreed timelines.
- Address and resolve any issues related to vendor operations during the project lifecycle.
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee post-construction activities such as wiring, plumbing, and other utility installations.
- Supervise the execution of interior work, including furniture, fixtures, and fittings, as per the approved plan.
- Ensure all work aligns with company standards and design requirements.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and address snags during the finishing stages to meet project deadlines.
- **Handover Process**:

- Ensure the site is fully operational and meets all specifications before handing it over to the Apna Mart operations team.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and reports during the handover.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Regularly update project progress to the project manager and highlight any deviations from the plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in vendor management and site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and interior work.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools is a plus.
- Must own a 2-wheeler for site visits.
