**Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Admissions team In this role, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospective students, generating leads, and promoting our educational programs. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate interest, answer questions about our programs, and schedule appointments with Admissions Counselors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential students.
- Deliver clear and concise information about our educational programs and benefits.
- Actively listen to student needs and identify the program that best suits their goals.
- Answer questions regarding admissions requirements, enrollment process, and financial aid options.
- Schedule appointments for prospective students with Admissions Counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with potential students.
- Follow up with potential students as needed to address any concerns and answer further questions.
- Contribute to a positive and professional image of the Academy.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with people over the phone.
- Clear and confident speaking voice.
- Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
