- **Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Vendor Management**:_
- _Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet the company’s requirements._
- _Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with agreements._
- _Prepare and draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts, and other legal documents related to vendor partnerships._
- _Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible agreements for the company._
- _Monitor vendor performance, address any issues, and ensure timely delivery of services._
- **Administrative Support**:_
- _Manage client service requests related to booking tickets, hotels, and other travel arrangements._
- _Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client requests._
- _Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently._
- _Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure that all agreements and transactions are documented and stored securely._
- _Prepare reports and provide insights on vendor performance_
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field._
- _Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment._
- _Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)._
- _Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus._
