**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Manage appointments for therapists and clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating communication between clients and therapists.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including therapy notes, billing information, and progress reports.
- **Billing and Insurance**: Handle billing processes, including insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies, including maintaining up-to-date certifications and licenses.
- **Team Support**: Assist therapists and other staff with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events or workshops.
- **Data Management**: Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to input and manage client data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Support marketing efforts to promote the center's services, including managing social media accounts, updating the website, and coordinating community outreach programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,781.81 per month
