Audit calls and give feedback on strength and developmental areas to improve employees performance

Ensuring achieving the assigned monthly calls

Using quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at individual level and share feedback

Provide feedback and quality report to internal team

Suggest training needs and developments

Good communication skills

Good listening skills

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,788.28 per month
