We are hiring **DRA Certified Callers** for our Ghansoli/Mahape office. The role involves making outbound collection calls, handling bucket accounts, and ensuring timely recovery and write-offs as per company policy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound recovery calls on assigned portfolio (X-Bucket & Write-off).
- Negotiate and follow-up with customers for payments.
- Maintain call quality and compliance as per DRA guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must be **DRA Certified** (mandatory).
- Experience in collections/recovery will be preferred.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
