Job Description:

We are hiring DRA Certified Callers for our Ghansoli/Mahape office. The role involves making outbound collection calls, handling bucket accounts, and ensuring timely recovery and write-offs as per company policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound recovery calls on assigned portfolio (X-Bucket & Write-off).
  • Negotiate and follow-up with customers for payments.
  • Maintain call quality and compliance as per DRA guidelines.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Must be DRA Certified (mandatory).
  • Experience in collections/recovery will be preferred.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
