
Customer Care Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and other related matters.
- Assist customers in navigating our website, locating products, and placing orders.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns by investigating the problem, identifying solutions, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex or unresolved customer issues for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and participate in implementing solutions to enhance the customer care experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and patient with excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
