**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute **manual and automated test cases** to ensure software functionality.
- Identify, report, and track software bugs using **bug tracking tools**.
- Conduct **functional, regression, usability, and performance testing**.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Document test cases, test results, and quality reports.
- Ensure compatibility testing across different browsers and devices.
- Assist in developing test automation scripts (if applicable).
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:
**Testing Methodologies & Tools**:

- Basic understanding of **manual testing** processes.
- Knowledge of **functional, regression, integration, and UI testing**.
- Familiarity with **bug tracking tools** (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, etc.).

**Automation Testing (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**:

- Exposure to **Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright** (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks.

**Programming & Database (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**:

- Basic knowledge of **SQL** (for database testing).

**Performance & Security Testing (Optional)**:

- Familiarity with tools like **JMeter or Postman** (for API testing).

**Soft Skills**:
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
✔ Good communication and documentation skills.
✔ Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in improving software quality.
✔ Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
