**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and maintain **test cases, test plans, and test scripts** for ERP software.
- Perform **functional, regression, integration, and performance testing** to identify defects and ensure system stability.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Identify, document, and track **bugs and defects** using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Participate in **test automation** efforts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct **user acceptance testing (UAT)** and assist in end-user training if needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
- Provide feedback on software usability and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ year experience
- Previous Experience with ERP Software Testing will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of **manual testing** techniques and familiarity with **automated testing tools** (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
- Experience with **SQL queries** to validate database transactions.
- Familiarity with **Agile and Scrum methodologies**.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with **API testing and performance testing tools** is an advantage.
