**Role Summary**

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our organization as an Internal Auditor. The role involves strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting accurate and timely reporting across our fast-growing D2C business. Operating across multiple e-commerce platforms with pan-India presence, the Internal Auditor will help streamline processes, safeguard data integrity, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct internal audits across finance, operations, and compliance functions to assess controls and highlight improvements.
- Review and oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closures to ensure accuracy of books.
- GST Compliance: Monitor, review, and reconcile GST records across multiple registrations, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
- Other Statutory Compliances: Ensure adherence to Income Tax, Company Law, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and strengthen processes around inventory, branch transfers, and vendor transactions to ensure reliable reporting.
- Design and implement internal systems and controls to support scalability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to improve daily workflows and support timely reporting.
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders including Finance Team, investors, auditors, and consultants, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights to assist management in decision-making.
- Provide insights on cost efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation to aid strategic decision-making.
- Partner with management to evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, sales channels, and geographic expansion.
- Assist in preparing investor reports, due diligence data, and other growth-related documentation.

**Role Specifications**

Chartered Accountant (CA), with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid grounding in accounting standards (IGAAP/IND AS) and statutory compliance under various statues
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with an aptitude for identifying risks and process gaps.
- Effective communication skills to work across teams and present findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
- Independent, proactive, and process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High level of ethics, transparency, and professional integrity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
