**The Opportunity**

We need IT trainees to join our IT department. As a team member, you will work closely with outstanding engineers and IT professionals on high-impact projects. Graduates of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Security, or a closely related field are encouraged to apply.

During your training with us, you will be assigned a manager who will partner with you to identify project goals, motivate, mentor, and support you.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Handling business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide a commercial advantage.
- Facilitate faster and smarter processes and provide meaningful insights through analytics.
- Communicate project status, activities, and outcomes with internal and external partners.
- Own projects, answers, and key duties inside a bigger enterprise initiative.
- Partner with inner and outside companions to speak venture status, activities, and achievements
- Provide technical help for each hardware and software program problem our customers encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-primarily based totally laptop working structures
- Monitor the gadget every day and reply straight away to safety or usability concerns
- Create and confirm backups of records.
- Respond to and remedy assists table requests.
- Upgrade structures and approaches as required for more desirable capability and safety problem resolution

Knowledge and attributes required:

- An accredited bachelor's degree is preferred. Ideally, it would be best to major in information systems or computer science.

- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets for creating data sheets and inventory management.
- The ability to communicate effectively is vital.

You must possess the ability to convey technical matters in a non-technical way that is easy for non-specialists to understand.
