**Job Description**:
The Admin Officer at Pharma CNF Company is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating administrative activities, and handling general clerical duties. The Admin Officer plays a key role in maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure that the office is well-maintained and organized at all times.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the management team and staff members as needed. Assist with drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling other administrative tasks.
- **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. Input data into computer systems and update records as necessary. Organize and maintain documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist staff members with making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution. Ensure that all documents are accurate, professionally formatted, and completed in a timely manner.
- **Office Policies and Procedures**: Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Provide guidance and support to staff members on administrative processes and protocols.
- **General Clerical Duties**: Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate and Post Graduate
- Proven experience (2 years) in an administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SAP) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Office Timing Some time extend as per Company Work Load

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
