**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and managing reimbursements.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure timely execution of projects and tasks.
- Maintain contact lists and databases, updating them as needed.
Project Assistance:
- Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and executing special projects or events.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in coordinating and following up on assigned tasks with team members.
Information Management:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data to generate reports and insights.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical documents, files, and records.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
Office Management:
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
