We are looking for passionate, forward-thinking individuals who are contribution motivated, driven to innovate and love facing new challenges. **What You Will Do** - Oversee the end-to-end India payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all India-based employees. - Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations. - Manage payroll-related reporting and analytics, providing insights to senior management. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and central payroll laws and regulations in India. - Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to payroll processes. - Oversee tax-related issues, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and other statutory requirements. - Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Conduct effective reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations, accuracy, and efficiency. - Leverage technology and automation to streamline payroll processes. - Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation. - Collaborate with inter and intra teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes with company objectives. - Maintain strong relationships with external payroll service providers and vendors. - Oversee and manage payroll-related audits, both internal and external. - Ensure all payroll records are maintained accurately and confidentially. - Generate and present regular payroll reports and analytics to senior management. - Contribute to the development of payroll strategies aligned with business goals. - Participate in budget planning and cost management for payroll operations. - Provide insights and recommendations for payroll policy development and changes. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in India payroll management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/manager role. - In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Greyt, Ascent, Allsec, Workday is an added advantage - Familiarity with ASIA payroll processes and compliance is added advantage. - Strong project management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **What Will Put You Ahead** - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations, accuracy, and efficiency. - Leverage technology and automation to streamline payroll processes. - Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation. - Collaborate with inter and intra teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes with company objectives. - Maintain strong relationships with external payroll service providers and vendors. - Oversee and manage payroll-related audits, both internal and external. - Ensure all payroll records are maintained accurately and confidentially. - Generate and present regular payroll reports and analytics to senior management. - Contribute to the development of payroll strategies aligned with bus
