**Position Purpose**:
As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator India, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee compensation, benefits, and related administrative tasks assigned to you, with high degree of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will encompass payroll management, benefits administration, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing excellent support to employees regarding their compensation and benefits queries.

**Responsibilities**:
**Primary duties will include**:

- Payroll processing with third party payroll provider
- Prepare, submit and audit monthly Payrolls meeting payroll provider deadlines
- Responsible for ensuring all new hires/leavers documents are reported to payroll provider within the timelines, ensuring completeness of all new hire paperwork in compliance with audit procedures
- Manage, maintain and update all documentation in accordance with legislation and compliance needs
- Perform tasks associated with year-end payroll reporting and taxation
- Perform data audits and data clean-up activities
- Respond to all payroll related audit requests
- Monitor relevant Payroll Regulations
- Work closely with Finance on Reconciliations of payroll accounts
- Continuously look to improve the efficiency of day-to-day payroll & benefits operations through work processes improvements
- Monitor, process and report on monthly payroll costs
- Work with local as well as international team members and consistently follow global processes
- Works with manager to develop benefit plan structure
- Manage administration of company benefit plans
- Benefit administration including processing joiners, leavers, changes and taxable benefit queries
- Point of contact to all employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits questions

Qualifications:

- Strong Experience and knowledge in India Payroll & Benefits
- 5-8 years experience
