**Position Overview: Associate Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Implementation**: Assist in developing and executing weekly lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet educational standards.
- **Classroom Management**: Oversee and manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a structured, engaging, and organized environment.
- **Student Engagement**: Create dynamic and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and encourage active participation.
- **Safety and Well-being**: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, promptly addressing any issues related to student safety and well-being.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instructional methods as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow educators, support staff, and administration to coordinate and enhance the educational experience.
- **Parent Communication**: Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational practices and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Any Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in an educational setting, particularly with young children, is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of child development theories and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.
- **Attributes**: Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
